Change at the top of Eon's supervisory board imminent

Essen (energate) - Karl-Ludwig Kley is retiring from Eon's supervisory board. The 71-year-old chairman will not stand for re-election at the annual general meeting on 17 May, the Essen-based energy company announced. Kley, who was chief executive of pharmaceutical group Merck for many years and before that chief financial officer of Lufthansa, has chaired the supervisory body since 2016 (energate reported).
