Heating oil industry views Energy Act for Buildings with concern

Mannheim (energate) - The heating oil industry is concerned about the new German Energy Act for Buildings (Gebäudeenergiegesetz - GEG). A draft of the long-awaited law, which has yet to be agreed, includes a requirement for new heating systems from 2024 to use 65 per cent renewable energy.
