Heavy road transport relies on batteries for now

Berlin (energate) - By 2030, around three-quarters of newly registered heavy goods vehicles are to be zero-emission vehicles - primarily with the help of batteries. This has been decided by the German Federal Ministry of Transport and the National Organisation for Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology (NOW) in talks with commercial vehicle manufacturers.
