RWE may build wind farm in forest

Essen (energate) - RWE Renewables is building a wind farm with a capacity of up to 20 MW on a forest area in the Allgäu region. The company has won the tender for this from the Baden-Württemberg Forestry Authority (Forst BW). Specifically, the land is located near the town of Leutkirch, about 40 kilometres east of Ravensburg, RWE informed.
