Destatis: Gas, electricity and heating oil are inflation drivers in 2022

Wiesbaden (energate) - The energy crisis was mainly responsible for last year's historically high inflation. The federal statistical office (Destatis - Statistische Bundesamt) puts the average annual inflation rate for 2022 at 7.9 per cent.
